Founder and Managing Director
Mark founded Ozwide Group in 2006 with a transition to Ozwide Energy in 2019. His key role is to lead an experienced and focused team providing customers with a high-level service and a ‘can do’ approach to pricing, quality and delivery. Specialising in the energy efficiency sector, Mark helps facilitate the energy programs rolled out by Federal and State Governments. Mark is also a qualified electrician.
Assistant Compliance Manager
Daisy works closely alongside Anais as part of the Project Compliance team. Daisy provides exceptional communication and organisational support to ensure the compliance of the business runs efficiently alongside general administrative support.
Finance Manager
Michael manages the finance area for the Ozwide Energy group of entities. Michael is a CPA with extensive industry experience. With a hands on approach by partnering with stakeholders, the objective is to drive and deliver business performance. With technical and commercial acumen, problems are identified and resolved with stakeholder buy-in and a solution driven approach. A major focus is on costs, ideas and organisational processes.
Project Compliance and Delivery Manager
Anais manages and leads our compliance team, ensuring all standards are met and fully understood. With her level of expertise in business management, she oversees all projects to ensure Ozwide has conducted its business in full compliance according to government and program regulations.
Compliance Officer
Clara’s experience in the energy efficiency industry brings multiple skills to the compliance division of the business. Her role is to provide support to the customers and to ensure the compliance of the business is carried out effectively.
Settlements Manager
Brodie works alongside Mark for trading support. His role involves monitoring energy markets to generate daily, weekly and monthly reports to the board of Directors. Brodie gathers information from internal and external resources to inform the Directors about recent and future events within the energy market. Brodie’s creditable organisational and support skillsets ensure all trades are carried out in an accurate and timely manner.
Business Systems Analyst
Srividhya ensures work products and functional requirements remain optimal with the use of her software optimisation and computing expertise. By examining current business procedures and day-to-day managements, Sri ensures Ozwide’s IT systems remain the highest of quality.

Nick runs Ozwide’s brand new Singapore entity, linking Ozwide Carbon Australia to the global carbon marketplace.His focus on innovation, integrity and delivery ensures the highest expectations of Ozwide’s clients are always met.

Richard joins Ozwide Energy, trading alongside Mark. Richard has a wealth of trading experience having traded Fixed Income Markets in the UK for 20 years. Richard has brought his extensive knowledge to the Ozwide team in the role of Energy Trader, delivering the best outcomes across both markets to support creation and aggregation of energy certificates.
Compliance - Site Assessor
Saud Parkar is a CPA(USA) with more than 25 years’ experience and a strong background in Financial Statement Preparation, Report Generation, Strategic Planning and Execution, Continuous Process Improvement and Change Management gained within various industries.

Brett is a Chartered Accountant with more than 25 years’ global banking and finance experience. He has extensive experience in global financial markets dealing with Barclays Capital in London (Base Metals), Goldman Sachs in New York (Oil & Gas), National Australia Bank (Treasury) & ANZ (Interest Rates and FX). Brett is an AFMA regulated financial markets and derivative trader.
